NEIC has, in it's product range, an automatic machine for the Blinds Manufacturing Industry. The machine utilises novel mechanisms to produce fabric louvres used in the manufacture of vertical window blinds. Having designed, built, installed, and monitored many of these machines in the UK, NEIC is aware of the significant benefits which can be achieved.

The machine automatically takes stock fabric from a reel, cuts the louvre to length, produces the creases for the top hanger and bottom weight and punches the top hanger hole in the louvre.

Typical Machine Specification:

The operator simply enters the length and number of louvres to be produced and the machine takes care of the rest. It will also produce "Raked Blinds " for sloping windows where each individual louvre is a different length. To do this, the operator simply enters the start length, finish length and the number of louvres in the set, the machine does the rest.
